We understand you may want to discontinue your services with us, and we get it—we are homeowners too. We simply ask that you reimburse us for the initial discount we offered you for your first service.

Are your products safe?

The products we treat interior and exterior are safe for pets and children. You never have to be out of the home or off your yard for our general services.

What if I see bugs in between regular services?

After your egg cycle service, just give us a call and we will come back for free to spot treat any areas where pests are lingering.

How often are your regular services?

Based on your particular needs, we will treat your home or business on a monthly or bimonthly schedule. The secret to pest control is maintaining active treatment so the bugs never come back.

What if it is raining when my service is scheduled to be performed?

We specialize our treatments based on the weather. Most applications can be performed in the rain, and in some cases rain increases the effectiveness of our services. During a torrential downpour, please contact your Sales Representative for real-time updates on scheduling.
